When you can't sleep
Lack of sleep is also the root cause of many diseases, if you get proper sleep then you remain active throughout the day, otherwise, there are many problems like heavy head, yawning, loss of energy and so on.
Special efforts should be made to get proper sleep at night, to come on time and there should be no mental tension while sleeping.
If there is a problem in sleeping, even after trying, some home Ayurvedic remedies are being given here, use them-
Make fine powder of 50-50 grams each of Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, Shatavari, Mulhathi, Amla, Jatamasi, Asli Khurasani, Ajwain. Consume 3 to 5 grams with milk before sleeping at night. See its effect after a week. By eliminating insomnia, deep natural sleep starts, dreams do not come and there is relief in high blood pressure. There is no unconsciousness like a sleeping pill, but one feels refreshed as soon as one wakes up in the morning.
Mix Sarpagandha, Ashwagandha and Bhang in equal proportion. Take 3 to 5 grams of this powder with water at bedtime, this medicine is safe.
